2020 Intake – First Semester

The Gilead Downs Family Therapy Centre offers a range of training programs that are respectful of people’s learning needs as well as there previous experience, both academically and experientially.
Courses are based on an adult learning models that involves students in setting clear learning objectives, and developing ways of best achieving those objectives.
Two broad areas of formal training programmes are offered:
Programs are generally limited to small groups of up to 10 students, and includes a range of learning modalities including didactic input, skills development, video presentations, role plays, and live observations of therapeutic encounters.
